Stillman College Application for Admission 2025-2026: Application Requirements 

Stillman College is looking for passionate, motivated students who are willing to serve because the College seeks to educate and  motivate.  The College  is a well-rounded educational system or hub, preparing you not only with the technical skills your chosen field requires, but also the analytical, critical thinking and interpersonal skills that will enable you to make your mark on the world. Currently, the 2025-2026 online application at Still college has been open for all prospective students who will love to enroll with the college. Stillman College provides an affordable flexible learning environment, whether you are seeking a degree or college credit. Stillman Online allows students to complete all or the majority of their degrees online.

 

Stillman College Application Deadlines For Admission 2025-2026

All applications are to be submitted to the college via the application portal before  the following deadline depending on the semester you are applying to study:

  • Fall – July  2025
  • Summer – Nov  2025
  • Spring – May  2025

Stillman College Online Application Process for Admission 2025-2026

Complete all applications in accordance with instructions, and have the following items submitted to the Office of Admissions:

  • Credits from high school and/or college transcripts (with Dual Enrollment) or documentation of a GED Certificate of Medical Examination

 

  • The $20 non-refundable application fee must be paid by credit or debit card in US dollars; cash or cheque should not be delivered.

 

  • According to current Stillman standards, all courses accepted for transfer must be from institutions that are accredited by a regional accrediting agency in the United States.

 

  • Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) scores are necessary for applicants whose native language is not English.

 

  • The Office of Admissions will notify students whether or not they must take this test once their application for admission has been submitted.

 

  • If you’re applying for a scholarship, you’ll need two letters of recommendation from people who are qualified to make decisions about you.
  • The Office of Admissions will notify the student of his or her status once all documents have been received, validated, and evaluated.

 

  • Students’ acceptance letters and other correspondence are sent to the email address provided on the application.

 

Application For Transferred Students 2025:

  • You’ve earned twelve-semester college credits and are ready to go on to the next step in your academic journey!

 

  • Complete all applications and submit the following items to the Office of Admissions in accordance with the instructions:

 

  • Transcripts from all colleges attended, as well as transcripts from high school if you earned less than 12 transferred college credits.

 

  • Certificate of medical examination.

 

  • The $20 non-refundable application fee must be paid by credit or debit card in US dollars; cash or cheque should not be delivered.

 

  • According to current Stillman standards, all courses accepted for transfer must be from institutions that are accredited by a regional accrediting agency in the United States.

International Students Application Process

  • The $20 non-refundable application fee must be paid by credit or debit card in US dollars; cash or cheque should not be delivered.

 

  • According to current Stillman standards, all courses accepted for transfer must be from institutions that are accredited by a regional accrediting agency in the United States.

 

  • For ordinary degree students, ACT or SAT scores are necessary.

 

  • Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) scores are necessary for applicants whose native language is not English.

 

  • The Office of Admissions will notify students whether or not they must take this test once their application for admission has been submitted.

Stillman College Online Application for Admission 2025-2026

Once all documents have been received, verified and evaluated the Office of Admissions will inform the student of his/her status. Verification of High school (or Equivalent) Completion Form v4

International Students

  • Submit the online application along with the Undergraduate Application here, as well as a $20 application fee payable to Stillman College in the form of a certified check or money order.

There will be no cash received.

  • Provide proof that you have earned the equivalent of high school graduation in the United States.
  • Official secondary school transcripts (academic records), graduation certificates, and/or exam results (where applicable) must be submitted in English or accompanied by a certified English translation.

You can utilize any official service in your local nation to translate into English.

  • If you attended a college or university, you must present official transcripts from all of your previous institutions.

Transcripts from non-US colleges and universities must be evaluated course by course by a professional evaluation company that is a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES).

Stillman College accepts World Education Services evaluations.

  • ACT or SAT scores, which are necessary for ordinary degree students.
  • Demonstrate your command of the English language by completing one of the following:
  • Your citizenship country is an English-speaking country.
  • TOEFL official score (minimum score 550 paper & 80 internet test)
  • IELTS official score (minimum score 5.5)
  • Passing a college-level English composition course with a grade of “C” or better.
  • A high school diploma, an Associate in Arts degree, a bachelor’s degree, or a higher degree from a school where English is the predominant language of teaching.
  • Supporting bank documents in English or certified English translation (within 90 days).
  • A copy of a current passport.

For students in the United States on an F-1 visa, a copy of the visa, a copy of the I-94 card, and copies of previous I-20s are required.
