Documents Required To Apply Online For Umfolozi TVET College NSFAS 2026/2027
To apply for the NSFAS bursary, the following documents are needed for NSFAS Application;
- Students must download the NSFAS 2026 Consent form:
NSFAS reserves the right to validate all information and details provided by the applicant and parent/guardian/spouse against an independent third-party data source.
- Students must download the NSFAS Declaration form:
This form only applies to applicants who are 34 years old or younger. This form is used to verify parental/guardian details.
- Students with disabilities must provide:
A completed and signed Disability Annexure Form. Please ensure that the medical report is merged with this disability annexure when you create a file to submit with your application.
- Students must download the NSFAS Orphan or Vulnerable Child Declaration form:
This form is only to be completed by applicants who are under the age of 18 and who are orphans, who are vulnerable children in that they have been exposed to abuse, neglect, exploitation, risk of violence and substance abuse.
