The Tshwane North TVET College would like to invite suitably qualified, innovative, result-orientated and self-driven candidates to apply for the vacant positions at their respective college campuses. The vacancies are empty or unoccupied job positions that are currently open and waiting for qualified applicants to apply.

Applicants applying for the job position must make sure they meet all the required documents as demanded by the college before they apply. The college administration has released the vacancy application form on the college’s website for download. The Z83 forms are also available on the site.

The College has a closed hostel at Soshanguve South Campus which could accommodate 300 students. However, due to insufficient funds, necessary renovations are still to be completed for it to be reopened to house needy students.

Below are the vacancies that are currently available at the Tshwane North Tvet College for the 2025 academic year.

Coordinator Occupational Programme:

SALARY: Salary Level 7 (R308 154 pa.) plus lieu benefits
DURATION: 3 Years

An added advantage will be on QCTO processes.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the implementation of the Occupational programme, SETA and QCTO
accredited, across delivery sites of the Tshwane North TVET College as required.
  • Give subject/practice-related guidance to Learners and ensure quality delivery of
teaching and learning as well as workplace practice monitoring.
  • Visits to Workplaces are compulsory to monitor and guide Learners as required.
  • Strict adherence to College / SETA evaluation processes, policies and
procedures.
  • Must be prepared to work under pressure.
  • Must be prepared to work after hours when necessary.
  • Need to work very closely with the Programme Manager.
  • Responsible and accountable for all tasks including administration.
  • Any other tasks as operationally required.

Duties:

  • Ensure accurate information at all times throughout the project coordination
process.
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the project coordination process,
and optimize the process.
  • Prepare, design control, and maintain accurate relevant documentation.
  • Coordinate college projects to meet deadlines.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Coordinate and manage project scope changes.
  • Manage customers’ needs/requirements and expectations,
  • Support inside sales.
  • Compiling sales quotations (using pricelist/costing model).
  • Collaborate with finance about bonds and guarantees.
  • Facilitate the Accreditation Process with QCTO
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure
compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate safety training programs for employees and ensure contractor
