LECTURER: ODP Office Data Processing (Ref No: 5/8/0225)
Contract: Fixed Term (PL1)
Salary: R256,395 – R333,624 per annum plus 37% instead of benefits


Location: Vredenburg Campus

Requirements:

• An appropriate M+3 National Diploma in Education.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Education with a major in English.
• Experience teaching English Literature and Grammar in the Education sector is advantageous.
• Knowledge of theory and practice in ODP and financial accounting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer literacy is highly recommended.
• Registration with SACE is compulsory.

Duties:

• Lecturing and assessing NCV and reporting 191 students.
• Managing student and administrative records.
• Facilitating classroom/workshop sessions.
• Delivering specified subjects at required levels.
• Reporting to management periodically.
• Ensuring quality education and training in line with College/DHET requirements.
• Assessing student performance.
• Liaising with students, parents, and relevant stakeholders.
• Supporting student development.
• Monitoring students in the workplace.

PIPE FITTING ASSISTANT (Ref No: WCTVET 5/14/0001)
Contract: 1 Year Fixed-Term
Salary: R5,000 per month


Location: Vredenburg Campus

Requirements:

• Red Seal qualification in Pipe Fitting.

Duties:

•  Assisting the instructor with theoretical and practical pipe fitting training.
• Supporting assessments and moderation.
• Compiling learner Portfolios of Evidence (POEs).
• Facilitating and managing classroom environments for adult learners.
• Communicating effectively in English.
• Demonstrating good leadership, honesty, and strong work ethics.
• Ability to work hands-on, independently, and as part of a team.
• Maintaining physical and mental fitness.
