The registration dates for Tshwane South Tvet College for the year 2025 have been released on the official website of the college. Prospective students should bear in mind that if their application process is not successful, then they can’t register. Only applicants who were successful in their application process will be invited by the college to proceed with their registration process.

Registration Dates For Tshwane South College 2025-2026

The online registration begins and ends in January  2025. Provisionally admitted students and continuing students are urged to register for their selected courses and modules during this period.

How To Register At Tshwane South College 2025-2026

Follow the steps below to register online at TSC for the 2025-2026 academic year;

• View courses offered on the Portal or visit the College Website for more information.
• Complete the online portal application Process. Ensure that all icons are completed or green to progress to status: Pending Verification
• The Campus Programme Manager will screen a student and accept them if they meet all requirements then move the student to the next status: Book Assessment
• Student receives notification of selected campus, date & time to complete assessment. The next status is Pending Assessment
• Assessment results will be captured and student status will move to Pending Review
• The Programme Manager will screen assessment results & move the student to Provisionally Accepted or Unsuccessful
• The Programme Manager will move a student who is not successful to this status. Students to get Career Guidance for an alternative option.
• The student will receive an SMS & email e.g. “Hi Thandi, Your application for N1 Civil Engineering has been provisionally accepted. Should you want to Accept this application, please go to your Current Application on the Portal or follow this link: https/TSCPORTAL.COLTECH.CO.ZA/student/application/173377 to complete the process & move to status Pre-Enrolled.
• Students who are accepted will now be moved to the Admission Portal Pre-Enrolled module awaiting registration to the system.
• The student needs to finalise registration at their selected campus to complete the process and must present certified copies of uploaded documents to receive books and student cards.
