North West University (NWU) is one of the most reputable universities in South Africa, providing a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various fields. North West University Online Registration Dates 2025-2026

• Online registration for first-year students will commence on 23 January 2025, while registration for senior students will commence on 30 January 2025. The closing date for both first-year and senior students to register online will be on 17 February 2025.
• The amendment period for module and qualification changes for the first semester will be available from 13 February 2025 to 3 March 2025. You can request changes to your modules via the Adds&Drops DIY app, and for cases where the app does not apply, you will need to complete and submit module change forms. Qualification change requests must be completed and submitted to the faculties for consideration.
• Please note that only registered students for 2025 can use the Adds&Drops DIY app. Contact classes will begin on 20 February 2025.

University Of NWU Online Application Required Documents 2025-2026

Before you begin the online application process, gather all the necessary documents to ensure a smooth and efficient experience. These documents include:

• Step 1: Access the registration portal

To register for your courses at NWU, you need to access the registration portal. Visit the university’s website and click on the “Student Portal” tab. From there, select “Register online.” Alternatively, you can access the registration portal directly using this link: https://sso.nwu.ac.za/cas/login.

• Step 2: Log in

Once you have accessed the registration portal, you need to log in using your student number and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot password” link and follow the prompts to reset it.

• Step 3: Complete your personal information

After logging in, you will be taken to the registration form. The first section of the form requires you to complete your personal information, including your contact details, home address, and emergency contact details.

• Step 4: Select your courses

The next section of the registration form requires you to select the courses you want to register for. Make sure that you have met all the prerequisites for the courses you select. If you need assistance in selecting your courses, you can consult with an academic advisor.

• Step 5: Pay your fees

To complete your registration, you need to pay your fees. NWU provides different payment options, including online payments, bank transfers, and debit orders. Ensure that you pay your fees before the registration deadline to avoid any late fees or penalties.

• Step 6: Submit your registration

After completing all the required sections of the registration form and paying your fees, you can submit your registration. You will receive a confirmation email once your registration has been processed.

• Step 7: Make amendments (if necessary)
