POST: Assistant Director: Partnership and Linkages SL10 – Ref: leptvet 13/2025, – Central Office R477 090 per annum plus benefits – Permanent (Personal Appointment)

Minimum Requirements

• Senior Certificate/National Senior Certificate or NCV Level 4 Certificate, along with a three-year National Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Marketing, Public Relations Management, or Business Management at NQF level 6/7.
• A relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
• Five years of relevant working experience in Public Relations, Project Management, and/or Business Development, with at least three years at a supervisory level.
• Knowledge and understanding of building partnerships, administrative reporting processes, and procedures.
• Strong proposal writing skills, ability to network, innovation, business planning skills, visibility analysis, and computer literacy are essential.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partnership management through building a database, identifying project opportunities, developing project proposals and forming partnerships with industries.
• Business opportunities scanning through identifying income generating opportunities, market needs business case analysis, submission of tender and funding proposals and providing reports to stakeholders.
• International, National, Provincial, Regional and Local Relations through the development of schedules for projects and practical opportunities to the core business of the College.
• Research management on funders and projects which results in establishing new projects, negotiating and facilitating the signing of agreements and contracts and overseeing the implementation of projects.
• Source funding from International Stakeholders, SETAs, Local businesses and Government.
• Source funding for occupational programmes.
• Secure partnerships with industries for student and lecturer placement.
• Maintain partnership database.
• Secure funding for entrepreneur and innovation hub.
• Secure funding for infrastructure developments.
• Engage stakeholders.

Post: Provisioning Administrative Officer: Supply Chain and Asset Management SL7 – Ref: leptvet 14/2025 – Central Office R261 372 per annum plus benefits – Permanent (Personal Appointment) Re-advertisement.

Minimum Requirements

• Senior Certificate/ National Senior Certificate or NCV Level 4 Certificate plus a recognized Degree/ National Diploma in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Public Management or equivalent at NQF Level 6/7.
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management/ or Logistics Services.
• Knowledge of the Pastel system will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of assets disposal procedure.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management policies.
• Planning and organizing, computer literacy, flexibility, customer care skills, good communication skills (both verbal and written, teamwork and Report writing skills.
• Valid Driver’s Licence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and review the capturing of all physical (moveable and immovable) assets in the physical asset management registers (Hard Cat (IT and Furniture register).
• Monitor and review the allocation of assets-to-assets holders.
• Review the monitoring assets under the relevant policy and procedures.
• Promote correct implementation of sound asset management practices.
• Administer Asset Management services.
• Undertake logistical support services.
• Assist with managing all asset movement within the College.
• Supervise human resources/ staff.
• Perform any other related duties attached to the post.
