Documentation needed for Taletso TVET College Nsfas Application:
Students with disabilities:
- Must submit a completed and signed Disability Annexure Form, ensuring the medical report is merged with the annexure when creating the file for upload.
All students:
- Must download and complete the NSFAS 2026 Consent Form, which allows NSFAS to verify the information provided by the applicant and parent, guardian, or spouse using independent third-party sources.
Applicants under 18:
- Orphans or vulnerable children must complete the NSFAS Orphan or Vulnerable Child Declaration Form. Vulnerable children include those exposed to abuse, neglect, exploitation, risk of violence, or substance abuse.
Applicants aged 34 or younger:
- Must complete the NSFAS Declaration Form to verify parent or guardian details.
