Students applying for admission to study at the College must have the following available before applying:
- Certified copy of your Identity Documents.
- Last school report/result/qualification.
- Proof of residence address.
Northlink College requires the following from all interested International Students
- Copy of Certified Passport.
- Study Permit or Visa to Study in South Africa.
- Certificate of Foreign Qualification evaluated by the South African Qualifications Authority.
- Full Course Fee. All International students need to pay their course fee in full upon registration.

Offline Application: Download the application form here, then fax, email, post, or hand-deliver your completed application with the supporting documents to the college.
Additional Important Information:
- All new applicants must complete compulsory career guidance assessments to help identify suitable courses.
- You must also complete placement assessments, including literacy and numeracy tests. These are required for proper placement but are not a pass/fail test.
- The required documents to upload or send with your application include a certified copy of your ID, certified latest results (no older than 3 months), and proof of residence in your name. Failure to upload or submit these documents will lead to rejection.
- After submitting your application, you will receive an acknowledgment via SMS and email. You can track your application status online at any time.
