All applicants applying to the College are to submit the required documents as stated on the application form. The following are the required documents:
SA Citizen:
- Certified copy of your ID
- The Original or a Certified copy of your latest school report/qualification
- Certified copies of the ID of parent/guardian.
- A unique Email address as well as a cellphone number
Foreign Students:
- Certified copy of Passport as well as Visa
- Study/work permit

Applicants are to follow the steps below to apply:
Step 1: Complete the Career Guidance Exploration
Begin by completing the Career Guidance Exploration to help you identify the career path that best suits your interests and goals. You may explore different careers and return later to continue with Step 2 or Step 3 if needed. Remember to keep your username and password safe so you can log in again at any time.
Step 2: Take the Pre-Entry Placement Assessment
Next, log back into the Profiler System and complete the Pre-Entry Placement Assessment. When registering for the first time, click “First Time Here?” and complete everything in the “Pre-Entry Information” folder. Open each section and complete all the screening questions, even if you are unsure of some answers. Make sure to click “Finish” at the end of every assessment. Keep your username and password stored safely. If your internet connection drops, you can log in again under “Returning User” and continue where you left off. If you lose your login details, you can reset them under the same “Returning User” option.
Step 3: Complete the Online Application
After completing the placement screening, proceed to the Online Application section and upload all the required documents in PDF format. This step is very important because your application cannot be processed without it. Make sure your documents are ready before uploading them.
Important Notes About the Placement Test:
- The placement screening is compulsory for all applicants.
- You may still choose your own course, but you will need to sign an acknowledgement if your choice differs from your placement results.
- You can view and save your placement report after completing the test.
- Do not forget to fill out the online application form on the college website.
