  • Official transcripts are required. They can’t be faxed or emailed as attachments.
  • College transcripts must be delivered directly from the college or educational agency to records@jeffersonstate.edu by mail or a secure electronic submission service (such as Parchment or Clearinghouse).
  • Transcripts from high school must include graduation date and can be sent by mail or e-Scrip from the school, or handed in person if sealed inside an envelope from the school.
  • Transcripts having a graduation date in the future are referred to as incomplete transcripts.
