The following information is important to all current and future students who intend to register for Coastal Tvet College to pursue their careers in their various courses. Registration will be open from 08h00 to 15h00 daily.  The registration window will be open for both fresh(new students) and returning students.

All NCV students must return for registration by January as it is a Departmental directive that NCV classes MUST start in January. This implies that the entire enrolment process should be completed in January.

Coastal TVET College Online Registration Date 2025-2026

From January 2025, the Coastal Tvet College online registration process for the 2025-2026 study season will be open to all students who have applied have been confirmed by the college and have received a letter of invitation to partake in the registration process. The registration process will be closing by the end of January 2025.

Coastal TVET College Registration Requirements 2025-2026

Registrants are to provide the following documents during the registration period:

• Valid copies of Student ID (front and back of ID on the same page)
• Valid copies of Parents/Guardian ID (front and back of ID on the same page)
• Valid copies of Highest Qualifications3x Certified copies of Proof of Residence
• Valid copies of Affidavit of Income of Parents/Guardian for NSFAS

Coastal TVET College Online Registration Process 2025-2026

The following information is important to all current and future students who intend to register for the NC (V) courses in January. Registration will be open from 08h00 to 15h00 daily. Students must arrive as early as possible.

• All returning students should collect their examination results at their campuses in January.
• All qualifying students undergo the NSFAS application process.
• All students who meet the progression criteria (as indicated in paragraph 5 below) will register at their respective levels.

Admission Criteria for New Enrollments- NCV At Coastal TVET College

• Students who endeavour to enrol for NCV Level 2 Business and General Study programs must have completed and passed Grades 10-11; and Grade 12 with Mathematics for the Information & Technology as well as Finance, Economics & Accounting programs.
• Students who endeavour to enrol for NCV Level 2- all Engineering Studies must have completed and passed a minimum of Grade 10-11Mathematics (not Mathematical Literacy).
• Students who endeavour to enrol for NCV Level 2 Electrical Construction – May, on applying for employment, be required to pass a Colour competency test.

Coastal TVET College Progression Criteria

• Students who endeavour to enrol for NCV Level 3 must have already passed a minimum of 5 NCV Level 2 subjects.
• Students who endeavour to enrol for NCV Level 4 must have already passed all 7 Level 2 subjects as well as a minimum of 5 NCV Level 3 subjects.
