The Coastal Tvet College offers national certificate vocational programmes, national diploma courses( report191), skilled programmes and learnership programmes. The courses offered are high-quality and high-knowledge programmes that provide the experience of the workplace environment and are intended to directly respond to the priority skills demand of the modern economy. These qualifications will also provide an opportunity to enter higher education studies subject to the appropriate subject combinations.

Coastal Tvet College programmes are delivered under the auspices of the Department of Higher Education and Training and quality is assured by Umalusi.  In case the cost of the course chosen is too high for you to pay for, the College also provides financial support in the form of bursaries such as the NSFAS bursaries. Students are encouraged to apply for these bursaries, especially the NSFAS.

• Fill Out the Application Form: Provide all necessary details accurately, including personal information, contact details, and academic background.
• Choose Your Desired Course: Select your preferred course from the provided list.
• Upload Required Documents: Upload the necessary documents such as your ID, academic records, and other relevant certificates.
• Submit Your Application: Review your application thoroughly before submission. Upon successful submission, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

NB: Applications must be submitted during the application cycle. A completed application form must include all required documents.

Documents Required to Apply For Courses Offered at Coastal College 2025

To apply for the available courses for the 2025-2026 academic year, the following documents must be uploaded;

• Certified copy of Grade 12 certificate or Statement of results
• Student’s Certified ID copy/Passport
• Proof of residence
• Parent/Guardian’s certified ID copy
• Study permit. Applicable to only foreign students.
