The 2025/2026 application cycle is now open from 1 September to 30 September 2024, whilst the 2025-2026 academic year’s registration date for KDS Tvet College starts on the 1st of September 2024 and closes on the 30th of November 2024.

KDS Registration Requirements 2025-2026

Successful applicants who are getting ready to register for the 2025/2026 study year at KDS are to attach to their registration form the following documents:

• ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR NC(V): Grade 9 – 12
• ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR REPORT 191/NATED (N1-N3): Grade 10 – 12
• ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR REPORT 191/NATED (N4-N6): Grade 12/Level 4/N3

REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS REQUIRED: (CERTIFIED AT SAPS)

• 2 Student Id Copies
• 2 Parent/guardian ID copies
• 2 School Report/ Results Copies
• 2 Proof of Residence/ Letter From Councillor Copies
• 2 Parent/Guardian Payslip Copies
• 2 Affidavit Declaring Financial Status By Guardian/parent

KDS Registration Process 2025-2026

The following are the steps to guide you to register at the KDS Tvet College:

• All new applicants must complete the Placement Screening Test before applying. We will not process applications without doing a placement screening test first.
• You can apply online by visiting the KDS TVET College Online Application portal through this link.
• Applicants can also visit the school to book an online application session.
• Applicants can apply for NSFAS Funding or can search for other available bursaries.
• You can use either your smartphone, tablet or computer to apply online via the student i-Enabler, using your PIN and student number to log on
• Applicants should apply for admission for the current level and the next level of your application
• Make sure you upload all the required documents and pay the necessary fees.
