What Is The False Bay College Offer Acceptance Process?
- The College has migrated to a new Student Information System which manages all applications online. The process is as follows:
- All applications received up to 30 October 2024 will be reviewed by a Selection Committee on the relevant campus. All applications received after that date will be reviewed by the selection committee in January 2025.
- Applicants who meet the entrance requirements of the specific program will receive an offer letter which must be accepted on or before the expiry date. Applicants receive an AP number and password via email and need to log into the Application portal to accept the offer.
- On acceptance, Applicants will be forwarded additional documentation which needs to be completed and submitted together with proof of payment or a white bursary slip (which indicates provisional approval of a bursary).
- A verification process will follow and if documents are in order the Applicant will receive a notification that admission is approved. This notification includes an application number and password to access our Student Portal.
- Students are required to log in and complete their registration by selecting the subjects they want to enroll in.
- Another review process will be conducted in January for all applications received in November and December. The above process will be followed and offer letters will be issued once the selection committee has reviewed the application.
