Application without status: You have submitted your application, but it hasn’t yet been processed.

Only some documents submitted: Even though you have submitted your documents, you may be missing some OR submitted documents that are not certified or are older than 3 months. To correct it, log in to the student i-enabler under “Student Administration” and then “Upload Documents” to see what documents need to be uploaded.

Provisionally accepted: You have been accepted provisionally, subject to final academic results to see if you meet the programme entry requirements.

Admitted academically: You have met the programme entry requirements and have been admitted to study at South Cape TVET College. You have been admitted and have to register at your nearest campus.

Project enrolment target reached: Your application was unsuccessful as the programme has been filled already. You may apply to a different campus or decide to attend another college or university.

Not in catchment area: You have not been accepted into the current admission round but may be considered in the following admission rounds as preference is given to students who reside in the Garden Route, the Little and Central Karoo region. You may wait for a spot to open if an admitted student chooses not to attend the college and be offered admission or decides to attend another college or university.
