In the 2025-2026 academic season, there are a lot of vacancies available at the Mthashana TVET College. Vacancies are empty job positions that are currently unoccupied at the college. It is the responsibility of the Mthashana TVET College to determine if the type of position is still required and which duties and responsibilities are entailed in it. They also have to analyze if the role could be offered on a more flexible working pattern, on a fixed-term or open-ended basis.

Mthashana TVET College provides quality education and training leading to employment and self-sufficiency through quality teaching and learning to bridge the gap of skill shortages in the district it serves. Also, the TVET Colleges Bursary Scheme established by the Department of Higher Education and Training to assist students who have the potential to excel in the NC(V) and Report 191 programs, but who would not be able to do so without financial assistance are available for students to apply.

Important Notes:

• These are temporary vacancies, which run on Saturdays on-site and in distance mode. Preference will be given to candidates residing around Vryheid.
• The minimum requirement for the above posts is a relevant National Diploma/Degree.
• Successful candidates will be remunerated at R230.24 (M+4) or R217.93 (M+3) per session.
