The Capricorn College is a result of a consolidation of three Colleges with extremely unmistakable and different authentic foundations. These were the previous Pietersburg Technical College (PTC), Bochum College of Education, and the previous Northern Province Community College (NPCC).

Capricorn TVET College is a Technical Vocational Education and Training provider in the Limpopo Province of South Africa. Capricorn TVET College was born as a result of the merging of the former Pietersburg Technical College (PTC), Bochum College of Education, and the former Northern Province Community College (NPCC). The College comprises four campuses with conducive environments for teaching as well as learning.

The TVET College provides responsive, flexible and quality courses that are accessible to all learners through formal learning, skills development and leadership. The College offers both theory and practical learning. Also, financial support in the form of study is available for students who need financial aid. Students are encouraged to apply for these bursaries.
